Virtual
ATM makes use of a component (plugin) to provide access to
your card. This component - IRLACI - is automatically installed
on your computer the first time you access Virtual ATM.
Installation
The automatic installation process that
is controlled by your browser*, downloads a .CAB file, and
installs the programs necessary for execution, together with
the manufacturer’s drivers for the card readers in the
standard directory* defined by Microsoft Windows 9x, 2000
or NT and registers them on your computer.
*1: Internet-Microsoft Explorer carries
out a component integrity verification (programs such as DLL,
OCX or EXE) and lets you know about E-Safetransfer (manufacturer)
for a correct installation and to provide correct security
for access to your computer.
*2: Microsoft Windows
Sets the directory (‘\windows\system’ or ‘\windows’)
as default directory, and sometimes sets (\windows \temp as
default directory for downloads from the Internet ).
General installation directions
If the automatic installation process does
not occur satisfactorily, check if the configurations of your
Microsoft Windows are correct:
1) Edit the autoexec.bat file, and, if the ‘temp=xxx’
command exists, and insert in the ‘path=’ command
the path defined under ‘temp=’.
Restart Windows.
2) Edit the autoexec.bat file and insert the following command:
‘path=\windows; \windows\system’
Restart Windows.
Compatible with Internet Explorer.
Errors
The Virtual ATM uses a component (plugin)
to access your card. This component – IRLACI - is automatically
installed onto your machine when Virtual ATM is accessed for
the first time.
